Missing Semi final tickets

Friend of ours had our tickets for game and coach tickets sorted quick style on Monday. Today the post was delivered, the envelope was opened although the seal was crap. It contained only the coach tickets. She contacted the club who told her that the cup tickets could have been sent under separate cover although they were unable to confirm that. Anyone else had similar happen ?. Incidentally the club have said that if the tickets don't turn up, they will be cancelled and new ones issued which we will have to pick up on the day at Wembley.

I'd report it to the delivery company as well, Royal Mail or whoever it was.
If there's a few of these things gone missing it might single somebody out.

Yes definitely needs a word with Postie not that we are making any accusations at this stage, would have thought club knew whether they'd sent them or not though, sometime it's hard work with ticket office.
