Missed Ampadu tonight

We've been much better of late and I believe the settled defence with Amps at LCB has helped with this.
The irony is that his replacement gifted their opportunity tonight. *Yes Bryan scored away at OT & has been much improved, but it is typical & annoying that we weren't able to go into tonight with Bash/Egan/Amps at the back.
C'est le vie.

I don't know why he can't play.

I mean, I know the rule but not sure I agree with it.

What upholds more integrity? Having the doubt that a player at the top level would throw a game against his parent club or being forced to play a weakened team in 2 matches against said club but not against the other 18 teams?
