Miller Gone for A Burton - Shock

Jordan Chapell has signed on loan for Burton Albion but those silly fellows at the BBC have the wrong picture on their webby thingymajig.

You will notice that it's our very own Shaun Miller in the photo.
Makes you wonder if the Burton management thought they were getting someone else other than our Jordan.

Anyway - I wish Jordan all the best on his loan move and hope he gains valuable experience from playing regularly at league 2 level so he can put it all into practice when he comes back into the fold.

Do we really need one?
Long is playing well and looks very assured - Willis is there as backup and getting match day experience by being on the bench and being part of the first team squad.
I guess we can always call on an emergency loan if need be - should injuries or suspensions mean we have to.
Better to hold off and save the dink for now. Besides which - not sure that Chapell being on loan releases that much cash in the first instance.

More likely it's a move for the benefit of Chappell who's not in the first team picture at the Lane, other than for cup games.

I agree with Kenilworth - there's no point bringing in another keeper unless Long gets injured.

So have we. So have we. I really hope that this is a beneficial move for Jordan and us. At his age he really should be breaking through and I would rather see him on the bench with Cofie being moved on/back to Man U.

DW was on RS this morning saying that he would like to bring a goalie in BUT the board had determined that someone had to go first.

Other than him spreading silly rumours again, this would suggest that JC is the out and there could be a goalkeeper in by the week-end.

I was only saying that Danny said someone will have to be moved out first.
