Absolutely fucking not. He shouldn't even be in charge next week. GET THE FUCK OUT.

8 Yes and 1 No. Are you all living with rose tinted glasses over the last couple of games? Do you remember the 20-odd before that? The man has been a disaster for us.

Difficult to tell really for me. I 'll have to think about it a bit more. I think micky will make a thoroughly decent league 1 manager, but will ever again be a good championship manager?

i think if micky is given a little backing, then yes he should stay and be given the same chance harry basset had.
time to build his own squad, with some of the youths and development players, i think micky could take us all the way.
just like to mention blades fans at the final whistle applauding players off, well done blades.

The silence after his answer on Monday's Football League Show spoke volumes.Let's see what happens after the Swansea match...I've just got a feeling the rocky ride hasn't finished yet.

Stuart Pearce in directors box, read into it what you will. Also foxy, Linz, shoramview and mousey, maybe one of them pencilled in for the job. I'd go for Linz, much easier on the eye!!

Oh, i dunno, SV is a Fox with that moustache he used to sport! :D

While it would be easy to get rid of Len's 2nd choice for the job, there have been some signs in the last month that he might be worth sticking with. The recent omissions of Collins and Doyle when other options are available is encouraging, and that 11 he picked today you can't really fault.

We will have to sell whoever is manager this pre-season. Presumably if Evans is now crocked that scuppers any prospect of a quick sale there, so will anyone else want to come in that's any good knowing what the financial situation is? Of course that sub appearance probably cost us an installment of £500k and he's already signed a contract with Norwich....right?

The biggest disappointment today was Evans' injury. Let's hope it's not too serious as our ability to offload him in the summer will have a big impact on next season's fortunes.

Standing up to the board is priority 1 - we should not tout any of our younger players

I am not really bothered either way . What I want to see is a very quick descision made, by next weekend it needs to be confirmed that Adams is going or staying. If he is staying he needs to be told exactly what he has to spend and what wage bill he has to work with. Then the players need to be all brought in and find out who wants to be at the club and who doesn't just like Newcastle did when they got relegated to the Championship.
If he is going then get rid and spend the rest of May getting the right/next man in. What happened with Blackwell can't be allowed to happen again

Hope he will stay with us and we will bounce back like we did in 1989. Hope we will bring in up and coming players rather than "over the hill" Premiership players on high wages.

Agree with that Silent. Players on the way up who want to play for a club like this. No big-time charlies! Players who want to prove themselves!

I suspect Pearce was there to check up on a couple of players for u21 England duty.
Slew or Lowton probably.

Micky must stay and sort it out next season.
Signs there that he will do the job. Changing again would be a big mistake.
This can be used as a prime motivation to do the job next season.

Yes for me. Micky's shown that he can get us playing decent stuff, plays the youngsters and isn't afraid to mix it.

Things wouldn't improve with a different manager without proper support from those above him

Don't really think it's all that important who's in charge of team selection right now, if you don't have any decent players then it won't make any difference. The club has to show that it still has a semblence of credibility by keeping the youngsters, binning the old crock loanees and signings, and investing in one or two players who can get us out of division 3.

The managers hands are tied until the club decide whether they'll still make the right noises but do fuck all, or whether they really do care and aren't going to allow us to be screwed over when other clubs come sniffing.

We played some nice football in spells yesterday, on the floor too so get rid of the dead wood and give Adams a chance.

I missed the Bristol City game, but in the last month or so we've played more football than during the whole of last season with Blackwell. At times in the first half yesterday we passed it too much when a shot could have been taken.

There are massive signs of improvement on the pitch. Squinn looks a totally different player and was excellent again, far removed from the useless twat that humped the ball over his shoulder as soon as it came near him that we became used to. Yes it is too little, too late but I think Adams has to be given a chance next season.

Agree totally ,and with Silent ,I would also add that Adams knows the division and the one below ,so some good additions from these leagues would be the way forward. Attitude and effort has been much improved since Adams arrived ,ability was the missing ingredient ,mainly due to previous bad management.
Quinn is the best example ,he was absolutely shite under Blackwell and Speed ,but has been a different player under Adams ,as have Evans and others.

His main aim was too keep us in this division - he didnt do that, so he can fook off.

why he didnt get a contract to the end of the season i will never know.

wierd feeling yesterday - i left as soon as their 2nd went in, never seen a goal coming more in my life than their second yesterday.

nothings changed with adams, get fookin rid.

I'd not acknowledged that before but you're right.

I'd like to see the bloke given a chance. With all the loanees and high wage earners gone it'll be a very different team next season, so we shouldn't really use this season as a measure of what the team will be like though. Exciting times ahead perhaps?

If however the board do decide to get rid then it needs to be as soon after the Swansea match as possible and the new appointment HAS to be in place for pre-season. Anything else shows they've learnt nothing.

Fairly even then.

Interesting that there's far less registered forum members on the no's than they're are on the yes's.

Maybe the one's who voted no, are too embarrassed to put their name to it?

I completely agree after having four managers in one season its clearly not the managers fault its the players

Board, players, management. No-one connected to the first team has come out of this season with any credit.

The acid test is whether those lessons have really been learned; whether we can put together a team of players capable of getting the ball down and looking for a passing option; a defence prepared to get the tackles and blocks in and forwards with the service and ability to put the ball in the back of the net on a regular basis.
