Is that why both Baldock and Donaldson came on then? You have to take into account 3 games in 5 days. Its not physically possible to sustain high levels of performance with the same team.
Surely he's proven beyond doubt he knows what he's doing? He will have had his reasons and i trust 100pcSTOP FUCKING CHANGING A WINNING SIDE

Message to hazzasufc_ I don't know your credentials, but I have more faith in Wilder's judgment than some angry sweary bloke on a football forum.STOP FUCKING CHANGING A WINNING SIDE

Problem is we don't have enough variation off the bench, and don't have any wingers to be able to change to a 4-3-3 - which would have been perfect for today.
Good start Otis, welcome on board.
Thing is we've dropped to 6th from 2nd so people are disappointed.
If we'd clawed ourselves into 6th today everyone would be running around London Rd doing cartwheels, its just the perceptive that's the problem, we're doing alreight and Chris is the man.
Could have played Thomas and Stevens as wingers to be fair? You have to take into account 3 games in 5 days. Its not physically possible to sustain high levels of performance with the same team.

Thats not entirely true. I get the feeling that the changes were made for two reasons:
a) to accomodate Fleck
b) for the physicality of Bolton.
Neither were necessary and neither worked
Had your statement been true we'd have seen more changes perhaps with carruthers starting for Duffy and Wright in for Stearman

So you wouldn't have brought Fleck back in?
my statement is 100% true in the context of top level football, and sustaining performance levels, which is why there are so many erratic results at this time of year (look at cardiff, leeds today etc)....
whether they were Wilder's reasons for changes is debatable. I agree changes didn't work.
You're changing what you've said though. Your original statement:
"Its not physically possible to sustain high levels of performance with the same team"
Its not physically impossible, recovery time will have been sufficient for most players to play Boxing day and today.
Your erratic results comment, whilst correct, there are always odd results at this time of year, isn't necessarily down to fitness levels.
