Must say I do have more time to post while on holiday though, unlike some sad souls on here 24/7. I honestly believe that is so unhealthy on a number of levels, particularly for younger members who should 'get a life' while they are fit and young, it soon passes and sniping away on here and talking about Blue Ribands placed in areas of female anatomy is so crass and childish and such a waste of quality time available.

Also I am a 'clapper' and don't feel the need to chip in so much when things are going well.

These are great days for our club where unity is better than it's been for years. Fighting battles with fellow Blades says a lot about those involved. Quality members can be driven away by morons and Blue Ribands, perhaps there ought to be a kindergarten and moron section on the site.

Tell you what though Shocking, why not put me on 'ignore' try that for size fellow Blade.

You are correct again. I do try hard. I try hard not to be drawn into dialogue with you. Because I know where it leads. Because, whereas I can take being patronised by someone I respect, I don't like it much from people I don't respect. And because I spend enough of my life connecting forehead to brick wall, at work, without doing so on here.

I'm sure you are also correct that it is all about "likes". Always.

You are, however, wrong in your suggestion that I should use the "ignore" function to ignore you. Most of the time, though not in the last few days admittedly, I am resolute enough to ignore you without the need of electronic props. Also, reading what you post usually confirms things that I already suspect--and you, of all people, know the value of validation, right ?
