Would he ever write his losses off, let the fans take over the ownership of the football club and allow the club to stay at Bramall Lane rent free, and make his money solely from the rentals of the hotel and enterprise centre?
That is exactly the same model of ownership that Swansea City have and just look at what it has done for them, now it just seems that the club are paying the cost of the the mistakes that he has made during his time.
My personal opinion is that despite a lot of clever PR he is, and has been asset stripping the club for the last couple of seasons at least, and it is only a matter of time until we get a situation similar to Coventry City where staying at our home ground becomes financially restrictive to the extent where we have to leave Bramall Lane and move elsewhere.
The club doesn't particularly need money at the moment, its needs a clearly defined strategy going forward, people at the club who genuinely care about the club, and who have the drive and energy to take it forwards again.
