In many ways he had to play today, and as said he was no worse than some of the others, yet I can't remember a decent performance from him for such a long time.

I'd have been tempted to partner him with Jebbo, just for something different to see if it can get the best out of him.

Made my day? I do nothing but praise the players and the manager, don’t agree with rotation but I’ve backed him and said he would get promotion, for instance the two whipping boys were Brewster and Berge and I’ve always backed them to come good and they have. So your full of shite, you were saying our full back was no good and slagging him for not scoring last week ya moon unit, your man crush couldn’t hit a barn door yet can do no wrong yet a full back gets slagged for not scoring. If there is anyone negative out of the two of us it’s you, you do realise that don’t you 😂
 
I thought the supply was non existent today to the front lads, but then thats down to the manager to change it around and perhaps stick another one in midfield to try and get hold of the ball.

Sometimes though its just a bad day at the office. Today was one of them.

I don't think the front lads were in any way good today but they were no worse than the rest of the side. We were collectively poor so by all means blame McBurnie but then blame the other 13 lads who were on the pitch for us at some point today.

It was nothing to do with McBurnie ffs 😂 you were slagging our full back off for not scoring and saying he’s not good enough, your entitled to your opinion but to keep backing out blank firing star striker while slagging other players really does take the piss, your a clown who is always crying on here. I have always said McBurnie is not good enough, would love him to be and get us up but it’s never happening he’s fucking wank so dry your eyes you backward moron.
 



Football is so fickle, remember Didzy's goal drought and we all still loved him and got behind him, Mcburnie gets a lot of hate for the same reason but hes the scapegoat most times! I'm not defending his abysmal record in a Blades shirt but come on he puts himself about and clearly enjoys playing for the Blades.

I get it, its been a packed scheduled but 3 games in a week is not unusual, Sat/Tues/Sat. I'm more frustrated at a missed opportunity to gain ground as I knew the line up today looked disjointed and knew it wouldn't click. Anyway fuck all we can do about it now so they got a full weeks break before Forest.

Are you special? You are clearly the one who likes to slag players off. I like to slag McBurnie off for no other reason than he’s not very good and is not doing the job he’s paid to do. Not hard to work out even for a simpleton.

Same as at Huddersfield. 5 points dropped IMO. It's great having a rested and recuperated squad but what's the point if you then finish 8th? Back to Mcburnie, it was a prime Mcburnie performance. When the service is so poor you sometimes have to make things happen yourself. He clearly doesn't have it in him. Agree however that he was no worse than rest today.

He did a hell of a lot more than billy sharp today that’s for sure

Heckys seems to like playing him in the hoof ball away games which isn’t his game

He will never succeed here if we just hoof the ball up to him Hecky seems to be another manager doing the exact same 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The difference is one came on a free, low wages and comes across as a decent bloke

The other came for £20m, on big wages and comes across as a tosser

As an independent view on McB, he’s had a hand full of good games in nearly 3 seasons

Even a broken clock is right twice a day

Time to cut losses imo
