I think many clubs in the championship will be after him so unlikely in my eyes but worth a go I suppose.

Are you suggesting I said Hooper was realistic? Can't remember that. If you're not then obviously ignore this post. You're probably right but if Gary Hooper is a realistic target then Smith sure as shit is.
No I'm just saying its a rumour that won't go away and if we can realistically sign him then we can get anyone outside of the PL.
Of that embargo is for having too high a wage bill, they'll have to.Can't see Fulham letting players go unless its for big money while they are under a transfer embargo

"Matt Who"
Mentioned the odd time on here, but I cant believe he's not been heavily linked with a move somewhere.
Not getting much, if any, game time at Fulham, and his loan to Bristol City last year (?) proves he's not against the idea of dropping down a level.
For me, he'd be the perfect partner for Sharp upfront.
Strong, a bully, good in the air and can finish. Excellent all round striker.
If his stats are correct, he is 6ft 6!!!! Can you imagine, someone athletic with that sort height when the cross comes into the box! Decent scoring record too.
Maybe Cloughiola at Camp Pirelli will be interested?
Too tall?
Too tall for clough, would love a picture of him stood next to Scougs and Reedy!

Like a father taking his two infant sons out for their first pint.
Make it happen Grappler, make it happen.
