There is literally no excuse for that miss by Clarke. Another in a recent long list I’m afraid. Even his goal on Saturday needed a second chance. Desperately needs some confidence that isn’t going to come until he bangs a decent finish in so a bit of chicken and egg I’m afraid.

wasn't dissimilar to the chance Joao had for the Pigs against us , burst into the box and he buried it right in to top of the net . he might be worth a look for us next season. Certainly athletic and mobile

Excellent half. The midfield has controlled it, Brooks is using the ball intelligently, and we’re overloading them every time. Two quite fantastic finishes from Evans – nice change to see an opposition conceding from leaving the guy at the edge of the box completely free....
