An organised, almost mass boycott is the best suggestion I've heard. Accept 200 tickets, sell those or distribute however. Everyone else boycott the game, that way they can't sell the allocation to their lot.

£49 when it's on live trying to dodge girders to watch it? Fuck the rob dog murdering scum.
They will be all over this trying to point out it wont be £49, just a mere £42 for one of the worst views there is!! I'll still be going though. Just a shame we cannot charge them the same when they come to the Lane.

Grrrrr we will show them! Sky will be rubbing their hands as they get their highest Football league viewing figures ever...

So I will be boycotting Sky that match (whilst still paying my sky subscription) and i will watch it on iFollow or on an illegal stream online

Wednesday will not be getting a penny from me, directly, although it may seem like they are if my mates use my loyalty points and number to get themselves a ticket.

I hate being shafted in life, and the idea of being shafted by them makes me sick.

Having said that, the idea of leaving our lads out to dry without full backing, in one of the biggest games of the season...I don't think that's right.

I just fucking hate derbies.

Let's face it, it isn't gonna happen is it

Always go to the Sty because as above, our team need as much backing as possible instead of being left to be abused by all their day trippers.

That said the pricing may have a bearing this time around. I'll wait and see as I think it won't be as much as some are suggesting, but anything above £40 may swing it the pubs way.

That's not just because I begrudge giving it the Pigs either. It's just plain obscene for second tier football full stop.

While ever people keep subscribing to Sly and keep letting mugs fleece them at football because of Sly, no it won't. Looks like just me then!

As lovely a sentiment as it is, I don't think it's fair to send our players out alone at that shithole with no support...

Exactly, it would only make it harder to get something at the Rust Bucket on the day, and that's the main thing, not making a point over their ticket prices, which granted are well over the top. If fans want to prove a point they should all agree the not spend a penny on food and drink, programmes etc at the Sty. That is the best way to protest - that doesn't damage our own chances.

That's the way to play it. Ticket only, no other spend.

I don't like being ripped off but being ripped off by the Wendies at £50 a ticket would be very hard to swallow!!

If a proper boycott can be organised, I'm in!!!

Organised for the same day as the Sheffield 10k run :D

Nice quiet family event and the first Sheffield derby for years...what could possibly go wrong?

Let's organise a raffle and use the proceeds to set up sky in a false name (I'm thinking jeff Bladeybladeface) for a month round at Psycho Jim's house on't Cross and all pile over there to watch it. That way we stick two fingers up at everyone and Parsons Cross and the city are ours.
