The fat, bearded twat really excelled himself in yesterday's Mail. In his latest hypocritical, biased article, he was on about how Sunderland are being 'ganged up upon' by Cardiff, Fulham & Norwich who wanted the Black Cats to have points deducted for fielding an unregistered player. (Think you know where he's going with this...)

He basically states that rules in the PL are different to the other divisions (this from a hypocrite who routinely slags off Blatter and Platini for corruption). He also states that the three aforementioned clubs only have themselves to blame for being, well, crap.

I rubbed my eyes in disbelief when he wrote:

'That was the result in the Carlos Tevez swindle involving West Ham, which contained a deliberate intent to deceive. Sunderland just messed up.'

But then he reverted to type:

'In the end, West Ham were fined and Sheffield United sued and sued until they found a judge barmy enough to rule that a club is not responsible for its own league position, and were awarded giant compensation. They put this to good use by getting relegated further.'

WHAT a cunt. :fattwat::fattwat::fattwat:

let it go........

Samuel as objective as ever!

How we spent the money is irrelevant, the point was that the premier league failed to act appropriately and yes the rules are different to the rest of the football league... Perhaps because it's run by the Premier league and the football league is run by.... The football league.

Bless his little socks.

He can pewl all he fucking wants. West Ham were fielding Tevez against orders issued earlier in the season, the 'deal' with Man U and him banging in their winner was as plain to see as his ten chins and they got busted. Note - for once no mention of Steve Kabba. I think he has finally read that Kabba didn't play for Watford again that season.

Fat fuck might just one day park his huge arse on the crapper, strain a little too much and blow himself inside out. It would be a fitting end for one who prints such shite.

Be another Ched thread along in a minute, ooh and I nearly forgot the monthly exciting "whats our new kit going to look like, have a go yourself" thread.

Here we go again...

London legacy a real success

Pictures have been released of the ramshackle relics of previous Olympiads.

War has ravaged venues in places such as Sarajevo but what remains of Athens 2004 is particularly dispiriting. Dirty brown water in derelict pools, stadiums crumbling and overgrown with weeds.

By contrast, last Thursday, I joined a crowd of 54,000 on the way to West Ham’s outstanding new home. London’s Olympic Stadium has a committed anchor tenant with a 99-year lease, a future, and as a consequence no chance of similar decay. It’s what you call legacy.

No, you fat, biased cunt. It's what you call a corrupt rip-off of taxpayers' money. Samuel has often - rightly - railed about Blatter, however the IOC version - 'Lord' Coe - is OK because, in their language, 'Legacy = gifting Spam a brand new stadium' so that the true cost of the 2012 Olympics looks lower than the scandalous waste it actually was.

Is it any different to the KC, the Etihad or any other rented ground? Taxpayer funds them all in reality.

I'm amazed he's still in a job when other respected journos aren't. I suppose that being controversial sells papers.

Agree with the general point of the OP but it really is time to let this go. It's embarrassing that he's still so obsessed with it when his team got the better end of the stick.

Compensation or no compensation they held on to their PL status and their recent history took a far better turn than ours as a result. The sickening income received by PL clubs now makes the compensation payments to us look like small change and let's face it, we didn't make much use of it.

West Ham and the PL were both shameless over the whole thing but it happened and I'm over it. We couldn't reverse the decision and we can't turn back the clock, just like Samuels can't be anything other than a biased bore. The fact that he always uses the Tevez saga in his articles shows what an unimaginative journalist he is. I never read his articles before that incident and I don't read them now.

He may well be a fat cunt but I bet him and many others manage to have a good old chuckle at our continued decline and monumental fuck ups we've made in the last 7 or so years.

Where you heard this pal?

A new year but still the same old bollocks from the corpulent, fat, bearded oaf:

Incredibly, an average of 15,826 people are still interested in going to watch Hull City fight to avoid a second relegation. That's a quarter down on their Premier League gate last season, but only 1,373 behind their average attendance the last time they were in the Championship in 2015-16, winning promotion.

So, that's the group that will stick by them — the ones who probably felt most strongly when the owners tried to change the club name to Hull Tigers. One hopes the members of the Allam family behind that divisive action now understand the bones of a club: its name, its colours, and the 15,000 loyal souls who turn out, even to watch the fourth-worst team in the Championship.
Link to the Mail...

And what about lil 'ol Sheffield United in the Third Division for 6 years?

And, in another edition of 'Gerraway!'

Nile Ranger sacked by Southend United over 'reoccurring disciplinary issues'
  • Southend United announced the news via their club website on Thursday
  • Timekeeping was cited as one of Nile Ranger's 'reoccurring disciplinary issues'
  • Ranger had scored twice in 21 appearances for the Shrimpers this season
Nile Ranger's maligned career took another twist on Thursday when it was publicly announced that his Southend United contract was terminated.

The League One outfit announced the decision via their club website that afternoon, citing 'reoccurring disciplinary issues, including timekeeping,' as the reason for his departure.

Southend had held a meeting with Ranger on Wednesday - coming to their conclusion.

'Following a meeting yesterday with Nile Ranger the Club has today terminated the player's contract in accordance with the terms of the agreement,' Southend's statement read.

'This decision was taken following reoccurring disciplinary issues, including timekeeping, which undermine both the unity of the group and the management.

'In many ways it is regrettable, having worked closely with Nile over the past 18 months.

'However, the interests of the Club are paramount and the Board will never allow those objectives to be undermined.'

The 26-year-old was dropped for November's 1-1 draw at MK Dons for bad timekeeping.

Ranger has a lengthy rap sheet during a career that has taken in spells at Newcastle, Barnsley, Sheffield Wednesday, Swindon and Blackpool.

He had played 21 times for the Shrimpers this season, scoring twice, having missed the start of the campaign due to a stint in Pentonville Prison for online fraud. His last appearance was on New Year's Day as a second-half substitute in Southend's 2-0 defeat at AFC Wimbledon.

Ranger missed Southend's visit to Shrewsbury in September as he had to wear an electronic tag resulting in a 7pm curfew.

He was also suspended for a month last season following another breach of club discipline.

Earlier in his career, he spent 11 weeks in a young offenders institute after he was found to have taken part in an armed robbery while he was a part of Southampton's youth set-up in 2007.

Four years later, after moving to Newcastle to kick-start his senior career, the striker caused controversy after posing with a gun in a picture. Ranger later apologised for the image.

The 26-year-old then came under fire again in 2012 following homophobic comments he made on Twitter, which he was subsequently fined £6,000 by the FA.

In that same year, Ranger was convicted of assaulting two police officers and was given a condition discharge.

The former Newcastle United and Swindon Town man was then fined for criminal damage after kicking his own front door in and was forced to pay costs in 2014.

Aye, bad time keeping. He's a wrong 'un all right. :D Why would any club (apart from Wendy) employ this cunt?

Yep it's time to make this supercunt eat shit and die. Up the fucking Blades!

And the MD lied through his back teeth to the authorities.

And the MD lied through his back teeth to the authorities.

The whole episode was yet another example of top-division chicanery. Its bad enough being relegated by fraudulent, bet-scamming goalkeepers and mysterious, last day switches of fortune, but having that shit happen twice in fifteen years sucks fat dicks.

Samuels has yet to have his day in the toilet. It'll happen.
