Im not speaking too soon i hope, but i feel weve unveiled a beast in this feisty irishman. Two or three more good performances and mccabe will be rubbing his hands together.

I remember seing him play on the left with johnson on the right at boro last year. Always thought they looked formidable.

Was so excited when we signed him, and was getting sick of hoofy n speedo not giving him the run out he desrves. At the moment he is i would say our best player and im glad he's now getting the run out he deserves to run teams riot. Just wish we would of kept cotts.

Yeates and cotts on the wing = plenty of goals

Cotterill has started only half the games for Swansea this season. He's been dropped to the bench today.
He's scored just one goal so far.

Cotts = still flattering to deceive.

Wingers are generally inconsistent. However, they can often make that vital difference to a game.
Cotts could turn a match (Preston play off semi - first half vs pigs last season) but he could also blow cold - but that is what your subs bench is for.

Yeates is our most creative player and it's nice to see Speedo beginning to be more positive by selecting him. It will not always work for Yeates but he will be more of a positive influence than a liability. It gives the opposition something to worry about. A middle set from Ertl, Quinn, Britton, Monty and Creswell would not strike fear in anyone. Getting the balance is key and having the balls to change it to affect the game is the skill every manager needs.
