Merged and shifted into the same thread in rumour mill.

Shouldn't be long now though ;)

Went on his Wikipedia page to see what his game to goal ratio was and it says his current club is "Sheffield United" and his shirt number is "9". Looks like he is our first signing (hopefully) of many!

Wikipedia page now says current club "livingston". Was changed back 2 hour ago.
NB: his goal to game ratio is 37 goals in 104 games ;)

It means someone has nothing better to do than play with wikipedia, it's down to the Sky story.

Squad numbers are sorted during preseason, besides, he's not the only incoming man who could wear 9.

There might be two more!
;)

Hes exactly the type of player we need to be going for!

Lets hope he bags a nice 20 odd 'goils' for us next season.

Interested to hear what S-Livi has to say about him. Are you still out there chap?

Indeed I am, come on here every so often to see how Scougs is doing. With reference to Mcnulty it would be great for him to link up with Scougs again, I think from everyones point of view this would be the best move for him, whether he will adapt as well as Scougall has im not 100% sure. You can see from the various nominations for our goal of the year he can strike a ball, and is our only real striking threat, so he will be hard to replace. And indeed saying this is one of the last to leave the club after what has been an amazing few years for our youth system, (perhaps the last real prospect we have left is Keaghan Jacobs and Darren Jamieson).

His nickname up here is sparky, however hes probably not as good a prospect as when sparky mk1 left us (Leigh Griffiths) but he should still definitely do a decent job for you, and as ever we are skint, so this should just about help get us through the closed season. Next year we will have visits from Rangers, Hearts and depending on the results of the play-offs Hibs! So the Scottish Championship looks like being an interesting and competitive league next year, probably more so than the Premiership.

How quick is he? Livingston fans didn't seem to agree completely on that from what I read on a message board.

He has a fascinating, if rather cumbersome, name. Perhaps his parents wanted twins? He'll probably end up at Dagenham & Redbridge.

We ❤️ Scoogs!

I wouldnt say he is massively fast, but he puts a shift in. Finishing is probably the best part of his game.

I guess the key question is really whether he can keep up with counter-attacks launched by the likes of Wee Scougs, Murphy, Flynn, given so much of our success under Clough has been on the break. He doesn't have to be super quick, but I'd hope he'd comfortably beat Porter and Baxter in a sprint.
