Don't know too much about this lad but according to Wikipedia he's played in every league game this season and only missed one last season which is a positive.

Northamptons player of the year too which could see a return of Wilders old transfer strategy that did us no harm.

"Indeed, Leonard has been the ironman for The Cobblers this season featuring 48 times in all competitions, more than any other Northampton player with Mitch Pinnock the closest on 47. That includes starting in all 45 League One games for the club so far this season.

As well as contributing five goals and six assists to the Cobblers' league campaign this year, Leonard has been vital in breaking up opposition play. The midfielder ranks third in League One for tackles won (72), behind only Harvey Knibbs (76) and George Dobson (81). Leonard is also ranked seventh in the third tier for interceptions with 60."

Was extremely highly rated @ Hearts - <18 / <21 coaches of my acquaintance were absolutely gutted when he chose to leave (@17 !) - somewhat akin to how I anticipate we’d respond if Arblaster moved on
A ‘footballer’ who chose to leave because he didn’t appreciate (Levein’s) ‘up & at ‘em’ “style”

Looks a good pedigree at Brighton. Played a lot of games for Northampton and worked his way up the leagues.

Good move if we can get him especially for 300k.

Seagulls it says would want about 300k we will probably go in with a cheeky offer of 150k...got save a few quid.
The Northampton manager says that figure isn't accurate or they'd sign him. But also said he wants to move to the Championship.

Why do posters on here Swiss come out with such caustic comments about the club they support!..
Really it's like rubbing salt into an open wound.
Ouch!!!
Gallows humour, but

We don’t have a great track record in the last 4-5 years of signing quality players that stay fit.

All three managers (wilder twice) have commented on the training facilities, wilder and hecky both have track records of over training players.

I hope we can get players in with good fitness track records as prior to the premier league promotion last time around we had a very good fitness record in terms of soft tissue injuries, players came back quickly. But over the last few seasons this has not been the case

I get that Swiss ! just that every, new post seems to attract a comment of that nature.
It's wearing a bit thin now and what we want is some positivity going into the window and beyond ,not all doom and gloom going forward.
