Manager Replacement - Man Manager

I really don't think Adkins is up to the job any more, I've told myself numerous times we will improve and we haven't.

I believe we need a man manager I.e. a Warnock or a Steve Evans, who can work with a small budget in and is a real motivator. For me Adkins tries to be too technical and we really don't have, or will ever have the players or budget for this.

He has to go if we have any chance of improving, everyones complaining about the board, but do you really think if we had someone who was passionate and motivational we wouldn't have had a shot against Bury? Or even have players tweeting about your club?

What are peoples thoughts on this?

sorry i'm being facetious but if they can be top with their budget what the fuck are we doing spunking money right left and centre on the likes of hammond and sammon??
