Man Utd loans and Henderson

I see Man Utd have reached an agreement with Roma so that they can keep Smalling and Mkhitaryan beyond June 30th to finish Serie A season.
Will they do the same with Henderson or could they screw us over because we're in the mix for a European spot (I'm guessing they didn't anticipate us being rivals at the start of the season)?

Is a season long loan defined as for the season, or up to the 30th June? Either way, you’d hope the Premier League would take a dim view of the integrity of the league being harmed by a club refusing to extend a loan in these extenuating circumstances, effectively resulting in third party interference.

Although I suppose the precedent has been set, in that the feelings of the bigger team’s supporters must be taken into account first and foremost.
