I don’t want wilder back.

In that second season things were terrible. Granted we weren’t getting smashed every week but some things were unforgivable.

Playing that cunt every week after he’d down tools and pretending all was fine for example.

Trying multiple times to get paid off before slipping out the back door.

We need to show some imagination and pick a coach with a modern play style and match the recruitment to the style. Build something for the future like Brentford and Brighton.

It’s immaterial, as even if they decide to spend the £ to change it, we’ve managed to make ourselves massively unattractive to anyone in the majority of categories.
This mindset has been there for years , Robson wanted to get passing football play out from the back , - fans gerrim out shoes off in car park, passing the ball !!! Ridiculous idea , Slav exactly same , what did we do both times went for tried and trusted and here we are

When looking at potential managers

1: is he a blade
2: has he managed us before
3: see 1 & 2

That's it

Theres a reason because its tended to be successful

Where as conversely whenever we’ve shown ambition and splashed the cash on a top rated manager (The 2 Brians Robson and Kidd, Adkins and Jukanovic) it’s always failed miserably.

Also we know that Warnock and Wilder are excellent with average players in an underdog scenario, it’s when they make big signings and have expectation, they struggle.

Take over as manager now and the upside is huge. If no one can take on that sort of challenge then that is an indictment of the quality of available managers.

That only seems to be until the end of the season from what I've read from the majority of fans suggesting this. I haven't read many that have suggested Warnock or Wilder beyond the summer. Even then the majority of the fans suggesting this have accepted that bringing either back will still result in relegation, but just want to see some organisation in the team, some fight, some pride, a clear game plan and tactics. The kind of things we lack under Hecky and he has shown that he can't or won't address.

Come on down, we’ve just spent anything we might have done in January to make a change and I want out, but might not want out. You’ve got this to play with - which is weaker than we went up with - and has given up.

4: do you want a relegation on your CV
5: can you manage with no budget

4) Any manager who did come in now would laugh at any potential future club holding what happens for the rest of the season against him
5) Manager shouldn't be buying players in the first place

We gave both managers fewer than 6 months ,

Robson was a pissed up idiot who had no idea what he was doing. There was no passing football it was dire and he had the biggest budget in the league.

Ah, ridiculous that 🤨

FFS Foxy, I've heard of drowning your sorrows but I reckon you're in for one hell of a hangover in the morning!
Either that, or the reason I couldn't work out what that means is that I'm more pissed than you!!

I’m sadly not pissed enough for today :)

Ok fair point well made , was Warnock your favourite or wilder ?
People who speak English fluently and are not mentally ill also refer to themselves in the first person during conversation and online interaction

Assumes he'd get more, and even if so, is it worth it, as opposed to pushing for a playoff place in the championship?
Pack in a job where you are winning the majority of games, to one where you are on a hiding to nothing. Then next season be back in the same league.
I wouldn't do it if I was in that situation. No way.

We played football under Robson on the floor to feet ,

We played football to feet under Robson but we didn't have the players to execute it because they were coached not to under previous managers
