Like Hogan. he played an important part in getting the club over the line. I thought he did well at Utd, obviously enjoyed him time back in Sheff and will be applauded by me when he returns

I'm not sure about Hogan. I know he scored the winner against Ipswich but I thought he was desperately poor for us, and an inveterate whinger to boot.

He might have been a total tool in the past in his private life and that's a fair cop if people don't like him for that reason (I've never come into contact with him so can't comment on that aspect). But from a professional point of view I thought Madine did a decent job for us in the promotion season.

I have no strong feelings for the lad either way but I appreciate what he did for us for that small period of time.

He was great in that Reading game. Having said that, the whole team were excellent that afternoon.
