Loyalty points for pies and pints?

I'd probably buy a pie if they had more kiosks around selling them/ stock.

One thing they could do is allow us to spend our clubcash on food and drink. Being someone who doesn’t really wear team merch, I never know what to do with my clubcash.
Simple, buy a Pie then spunk yourself silly all over it.
It should taste absolutely divine unless you are an imposter from Worcester 😉

Do you get loyalty points for supporting the team or club ?. If club what about people who follow womens or academy (u21 / u18s ) home and away. Especially on non school days . Just interested.

IMHO, points for womens team and U21s, U18s is a yes but only for away games and Home games played at BDBL, and points for womans ST. do any WSL clubs currently do that?

I'll hear arguments, but that's impossible. U21 and U18 away games are often played "on ploughed fields". There are no formal ticket arrangements. Usually it's a case of arguing and explaining and pleading with a Security Guard to let you in.

United can not/do not/will never sell tickets for away U18 & U21 games, so there will be no system for allocating loyalty points.

Tickets for U21 matches at Bramall Lane are routinely free for season ticket holders. If there were loyalty points available for "claiming your free ticket". Then I'm doing that for every game, whether I go or not.

I think that is a very good idea for the women’s team, certainly better than pies and pints.

I’m half considering going to the game tonight, but will probably watch on YouTube instead.

Loyalty points would be a factor in that decision.

You've got to be desperate to buy food & drink in the ground. I had a particularly crap pie years ago then discovered that sarnie shop on Shoreham street that did an incredible pork sandwich with everything on (now closed) then that corner of Shoreham and John street where they served them out of a side window.

If you can't find a decent beer pre and post match and choose to buy it in the ground then there's little hope for you.

Not even an edible blades badge glued to the top of an unappetising sausage roll would tempt me back to Bramall Lane food, or club points.

Greggs you can get about 4 sausage rolls for 1 in ground. Burgers from van bottom of moor are about 3 quid cheaper and nicer aswell.

Neck Oil was a good pint in the ground for a while (19/20) bizarrely was the cheapest pint of it any where in Sheffield.

I’ll get a pint in the ground if I’m in a rush and haven’t time for a pub stop on the way. The bar at the top end of the fan Zone does Guinness and a decent IPA.

I probably buy one pie per season in the ground - usually out of desperation.

Had a very good pie away at Hull though earlier in the season. Can’t remember the brand but it was Waitrose level stuff….not a Pukka.
