Seemed to be more than just an exchange of words, took 2/3 Blades to separate 'em. Disappointed Doyle (who's supposed to be captain) didn't seem interested in giving either of them an ear-bashing.

Don't think the altercation helped the team, took us 10 minutes of being camped in our box after conceding before we got settled again.

Either way, he's wearing the armband. Shouldn't take a loanee to intervene, he should be first on the spot to pick up their toys.

Dispelled the myth that the players don't care as has been indicated on this site before! Bexley has described it well, I don't think Doyle saw what was going on in fairness...... Even the ref wasn't interested until the crowd started to get involved. Wouldn't worry about it.

It seemed like Williamson was the protagonist. He went over screaming at Lowton about sumert and when Lowton responded, he seemed to slap him. There wa s bit of handbags and then they got seperated. However Lowton then went after him and the ref got involved and crowd were making a lot of noise. Bit embarassing really. Certainly didn't help.

Wilson definately needs to speak to them both about it privately.

That's how I saw it as well, and Willo was still acting like a child when he absolutely smashed a 12 yard pass at Lowton just after said incident, giving him no chance of controlling it, they were ok after that though

All for the players showing a bit of passion but like others said we seemed to invite pressure from Colchester after that.
