Ive seen Harry Gration in the directors box at The Lane a good few times! I think he is a bratfud fan but has a soft spot for The Blades!

I remember Harry Gration being stood on Wembley Way, waiting to interview fans just after we'd lost to Huddersfield. The HTFC fans were still inside watching the ceremony, so it was just thousands of Blades trudging out and muttering abuse at poor Mr Gration. He was doing his absolute best to look as sympathetic as possible to us, bless him!

Harry Gration grew up a Blade, he confirmed it some time ago in an interview. Gave fond recollections of watching the great 70's team. His mum was born on Abbeydale Road, or somewhere nearby, so it passed down from her.

But he has always shown support for all of the local teams, just part of being a local journalist I suppose, and being based in Leeds for so many years no doubt has a particular soft spot for them.
