From the top of my head here, and this is one of those pointless things i seem to have a memory for. I'm going to attempt to name every keeper i have seen for the Blades

Keith Waugh
Paul Tomlinson
John Burridge
Andy Leaning
Roger Hansbury
Hans Segers
Graham Benstead
Simon Tracey
Phil Kite
Mel Rees
Alan Kelly
Billy Mercer
Andy Goram
Frank Talia
Wilco De Vogt
Paddy Kenny
Paul Gerrard
Lee Baxter
Alan Fettis
Ian Bennett
Mark Bunn
Carl Ikeme
Steve Simonsen
Richard Wright
George Long
Mark Howard

Think there could be some more i have missed off. Prehaps Darren and Silent Blade could help fill some gaps.

My top 5 keepers at the Lane from what I've seen (from mid 70s) would be:-
1. Tracey
2. Kelly
3. Kenny
4. Burridge
5. Brown
Honourable mention - Mel Rees

Worse 5 (regular number 1s, not stop gap loans ie Johns and Baxter or back up keepers ie de Voght):-
1. Richardson
2. Leaning
3. Simonsen
4. Bensted
5. oh sod it i'll put Johns in, he has to be included in any list of the worse keepers at the Lane

I've just noticed that Ryan Clarke was back in goal for the first time for Oxford on Saturday (their second win of the season, against Newport).

Does this mean that Long is on his way back in the near future as it doesn't seem to make much sense for him to sit on another club's bench.

Just took my rose tinted nostalgia glasses off, and even so I can confirm that Mark Howard isn't (generously I'll add a 'yet') as good as Paddy Kenny.

He's still a kid, in a new surrounding, new people and a really cack team. This time will make him either good or bad he still has 4 or 5 years to fully develop being a Goalkeeper.
