Link up info

Could someone enlighten me a bit please.

I know the Fradi, Chengdu and Mariners links are set up with academy links and what have you and although there are some grey areas as to cost and ownership I'm not too fussed about the detail really.

I was wondering though, what's the crack with the Belgian link up Royal White Star Woluwe? We have a link on the website to them that has an article 3 years old on it and not much else. I thought they were lined up to place players for work permit purposes as well as development.

Have we just not seen anyone to place there?
Have we neglected out Belgian cousins?
Who owns the freehold?

PS. I like all these link ups but we really need a team of people working hard to oversee and exploit them better. I hope an Argy link can be set up too.
