So it appears that not only is recruitment hampered by post- Brexit red tape but COH have alao managed to use up all the slots available under an exemption scheme with unproven AI identified youngsters.

Add to this, the sheer stupidity of leaving recruitment until after the season starts and allowing players to leave before replacements have been identified and lined up. Now everyone knows we are desperate and that we have money from the sales of Anel, Souza and Moore. Talk about showing you hand! And this is with a professional poker player heavily involved in recruitment.

It is really worrying and appears to show there is no thought or strategy going into recruitment. We have a scatter gun approach to sign these 4 young players based on AI we are told but it appears that none of them are good enough for first team nor do they play in the positions that we all know are needed. That is DMF - yes we have now got Vini replacement apparently but no effort or plan to sign CBs though we all knew we needed to replace Souttar and at least one more as Anel likely to be sold. We were also desperate to sign cover at RB for Seriki and LB for Borrows as McCallum not good enough. Surely owners should have known problems of visas and that the 4 kids signed using AI would use up our quota. All this should have been done or at least started well before now rather than leave it to end of window. In addition how could Selles leave us in a situation where we don't have a defence against BC? If he really thought we could get away with those tactics I do worry if he really has any idea what he is doing.
