I'd be more up for this than Cannon, but he struggles from the same issues Cannon does.

Think he'd be a solid option off the bench though

My issue being I also don't think we are all that creative either and a striker with more attributes is probably needed than what Cannon offers.
 
Might also be a case of their agents agitating the waters as their clients are wanting out of a sinking ship in Stoke who are going nowhere this season. The lads in question probably fancy a promotion push with SUFC rather than slogging it out with a very mediocre Stoke City. Chuck in the fact that they probably don't really fancy travelling in and out of Stoke every day and you can see why they might fancy getting out of their current situationnas they are only on loan.

As it happens, I actually think either plaher would do relatively well at United, depends on what the finances look like re value for money, if we actually want them.

I'd like an option on the right like Koumas

But there's no reason he shouldn't stay at Stoke. Same with Cannon really. Especially now Robins has taken over
 
I've just watched a highlight, even on that he looks inconsistent, just with his touches and decision making but that's what you get from kids.
With youth though he seems to have that unshakable confidence, he tries and tries. He seems fearless like a young David Brooks. He looks direct and not afraid to dribble and take on his man. Bellamy described him as a player you always think will make something happen and I can get that already. Seems strange to have the same target as what Wilder did, but there's only a certain size pool to pick from domestically I suppose.

Itā€™s strange though because a lot of their players seem to be getting linked away for good moves Phillips to us or staying at Spurs, Koumas to us or likely a different championship loan, Sidibe to Villa and Jackson to Ajax.

Sidibe rumoured to be available for around 4 million by the way should be one weā€™re looking at still only 18 and an athletic monster in midfield.

The thing is they have some ridiculously talented players - Sidibe, Manhoeff, Tchamadeu ect - but for most of last season, they were so dire they all looked bad.

Koumas, however, was that bad Robins benched him

Thereā€™s just something off at Stoke as you say theyā€™ve got decent players had decent enough championship managers and yet they just donā€™t improve they feel like one the clubs circling the drain.

The ownership. 1000% the ownership.

In an attempt to salvage whatever goodwill they had, they brought in a club legend as DOF and he's just fucked them. As loved as Walters is by their fanbase, he made the call to sack Schumacher (randomly), he chose Pelach as the successor and has dictated a lot of their signings.

Since Robins, apparently Walters has less control so it might improve
