Kozzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

......because that's where we are going.

It aint over till the fat lady sings and shes not warming up her voice just yet

saying that though if she wants warm up her legs in the mean time and jump on the bench we could do with all the players we can get at the minute

A point that felt better than a win. No Raul. No need to worry about the Football Gods tonight. They are with us again. We're back...(once weve fixed the other gaping problems in the team, obviously...)

Bit disapointed myself, I thought we deserved more today. In the circumstances, should be really happy though :)

Agreed, and if it wasn't for a combination of Neil Sulllivan having a blinder and a crap ref we'd have won that.

And the excuses for the prvious dozen shite performances? Sorry, weakest squad in years plus a disinterested chairman equals nailed on relegation to me too

we won't go down.. but maccabe will sell anyone who comes out of the second half of the season looking good and so we won't progress either

What does that have to do with todays performance and what we deserved today?

The thread is entitled "Let's get ready for life in League One", so to that end my post was more relevant maybe than one based merely on todays performance.

ah, it's just you quoted someone talking about Neil Sullivan and the ref.

we won't go down horace.. don't worry.. i've seen enough today to confirm that.. just depends on how the FA conspiracy plays out

Oh, sort of off topic you mean? Maybe they should have started a new post, made things more clearer like

Won't go down on what I saw today. Two or three half decent signings this window and we could get to the heady hights of ( dare I say it ) mid table.

A nice point to get in the end. But I really think that if the Footballing Gods were with us we would not have conceded another penalty and would have won this very winnable home fixture quite easily.

We now have only 4 home games left against sides in the bottom half of the division. And most of our games remaining against the teams around us are away. To stay up we need to win more games from our remaining fixtures than we have won in total all season.

Cant see why not. Just need a bit more luck in front of goal and a centre half (or two) and i think we will be okay. Ps, did anyone see John Gannon at half time, where has all his hair gone?

Thought there was much more commitment today and I was very pleased to see how we crowded them on most occasions. Much better movement and Ched now looks as if he has half a clue as to what he needs to do. Got stuck in as well pressing their defence and midfield. I thought we put them under pressure and Parrino was a revelation.

Good game lads - you will improve if you keep showing the heart you showed today.

Play like this every match and we are staying up. Improve and don't be surprised if we do a charge on the play off positions

Only way we're going to League One is if they rename the Championship as such. Anyone that thinks we'll be relegated needs to realise that you have to be in the relegation zone to be relegated and we're not there and won't be there come May either.

I think we will be relegated unless some quality defenders are signed during the transfer window.

Can't for the life of me understand the positivity about us not going down. From now on, teams like Leeds, Forest etc. assume a 'winning momentum' such as we've seen from the Blades in our promotion pushes. The chances of getting points in these games is slim indeed. Plus when we play away at these grounds, chances are the ref. will be a total 'homer' as we've had at Leicester, Norwich etc.

We've made not attempt to replace Morgs despite knowing he's out for the season.

Reid has gone back - probably never to reappear.

We got out of jail yesterday against 10 men - a game when we struggled to fill the subs bench.

All the signs are there, I'm afraid.

Presumably that will be done now that we have a transfer window to work in

We will see. they were quite relaxed about selling one of our two centre halves last transfer window and not replacing him...

We won't go down with Micky Adams in charge.

Feel free to quote this back to me in May
