Nice little stat for Leon from the boys at Opta...

9 - Leon Clarke has scored nine goals in his four league games in November - the most by a player in a single month in the top four tiers of English football since Luis Suarez scored 10 in December 2013 for Liverpool. Bonanza.

Quickly becoming a cult hero at the Lane is big Leon.
Leon is the perfect showcase of how our fans take to a player if they give they give their all and show love back to the fans.

Fuck it, sell him... :)

huh, should've scored 11 then...maybe December will see him in better form.

Would Leon want to move.

Would Villa offer enough to tempt those in charge.

The same could be said for most of the other players too.

I predict plenty of speculation in the following months.

The subtle look at the piggy Kop after his first there, really was like two fingers to them.

A Wendy Facebook friend posted this today, saying WAWAW. Yes, mate, he's doing a great job for you :) :)

Having already spent 35m on Champ top scorer Ross McCormack, Brentford top scorer Scott Hogan and Bristol City top scorer Kodija, Bruce's scattergun approach takes him to another lazy target in Sheff U top scorer Leon Clark.

How this clown keeps getting cash to spend is beyond me.

I think the last time a Blades player managed 9 in 4 league games was Keith Edwards in this sequence in 1985-6:

2 in a 3-1 win over Barnsley
2 in a 4-1 win at Bradford
3 (1 penalty) in a 3-1 win over Hull
2 in a 5-1 win at Oldham

I bet he’s not lazy enough to call him Leon Clark though :D
