Seems to be a very common view…..too good for the Championship but not good enough for the PL.
I’ll take that….and let’s not forget he’s still very young. We’ve paid a little over the odds but it’s worth the gamble.
We’re so short on strikers than even an average Championship level striker would be an asset this season.
Can’t be any worse than McBurnie and Brewster and we paid £20 million plus for them.

It doesn't really matter if he's not good enough for the Premier League. If we do go up, then there'll be Championship clubs with parachute payments who need a goal scorer probably willing to pay. But hopefully he will be good enough if we do go up and if we don't go up, then he should bang them in next season in the Championship.
