Well, after the solid victory against Leeds last Saturday, we're back in cup action with the fifth round visit to Leicester. Really can't see this going well, but if football was that easy to predict then it wouldn't have us all hooked. Anyway, CW should have the lads fired up, with at least a chance of being in the draw for the quarter finals.... OH and OBVIOUSLY live on TV yet again tonight :)

So...

Any team news? :)

A definite shuffle of the pack with some cup tied...

Fleck missing through suspension...

Blackman presumably now back at full fitness...

Brooks to definitely feature at some stage?

With one eye still on the up coming league matches which will go a long way to defining our season, main thing is to avoid unnecessary bookings, and obviously any injuries. However I really hope we can give a good account of ourselves and perhaps get the rub of the green. Leicester are a pacey team, and Mahrez starting is not a positive for us. BUT stranger things have happened. Sadly I think the cup run ends here with a 3-1 defeat. And history in the making, to get eliminated by the same team in both cup competitions in the same season....

Anyway safe journey all, and I hope we can sneak a result for the travelling faithful.

Not really optimistic about this one I'm afraid. Looking forward to watching it though.
I fear a wolves style performance where the opposition will be far to good to us.
3.0

Wasn't going to go to this. Determined that I wasn’t going to pay to watch us stuffed by Leicester. Who cares about the FA cup nowadays? No, not for me this time.

Managed to hold out until 8 o’clock last night before buying tickets!

Expect to lose, but we know our Chris will give it a good go and I hope to see Brooksy given a run out. If they break us down early then it could be a thrashing, but if we can keep it tight and keep them out until late in the game .... you never know.

We recently played a Wolves team that by all accounts are equal to a Prem mid table team, they battered us.

I expect a battering tonite.

But its the Cup and strange things happen in cup games,so i unexpect us to either win 2-2 or win 2-3.

this going to be tough game without doubt with home advantage & if they play the 1st team because on their day they can beat anyone as proved 2 years ago when they won the premier league. but they can have their dips in form watched the 3rd round v Fleetwood with the 10 changes, they could've lost & never looked like scoring if they had played all day. so hopefully we can keep it tight for the 1st half

but like in all cup ties the 1st goal is important Leicester get it, going to really tough. we get it we have a brilliant chance of a least a replay

I think 3.0 to them unfortunately. Think Vardy and marez will start. They have far to much pace and quality for us. I'm praying they have a big off day!

Can't see us getting owt but fuck It, we are still in the mix so let's have a go at them.

Sharp & Don up top with Wilson and Brookes on the bench. Duffy needs to play a blinder with Bash & Lunny as the sitting pair.

I'll be there tonight. I know tonight will be tough. I really believe we can get a result!!. COYRAWW.

If we had our full side available we would give them a game but still probably lose.

With a second string out it’s likely to be a hammering but...

,...it’s only the F A Cup.

Couldn't afford it tonight and don't finish work early enough on Fridays in any case for these away games.

So I've booked a flight to Dublin so I can watch it on tv over there.

lets get back our cup tarts thrill ride

play off win and fa cup win in a fortnight in May

might change a few attitudes , only a few though
if Lundstram scored a winner in both hed still get stick

We won’t play the attacking system we have all season. Leicester win a lot of games with counter attacking. I think it will be closer that a lot think

Wonder if we'll go 4-1-4-1. It's what we did second half against Wolves, we let in half as many goals and that one was a fluke. Though you could argue Wolves had put the autopilot on and didn't want to knacker themselves out unnecessarily.

No Billy Sharp, Wilson and Donaldson up front. Surprising.
