As a kid growing up in the 70s, it broke my heart when Tony Currie was sold to Leeds.

With Mick Jones before him, then Alex Sabella, Keith Edwards and Brian Deane all heading the same way, it's easy to see how those of us of a certain age developed a deep loathing of them.

Hamson, Beesley and Agana also went to Leeds, but I can't recall if anyone has switched this century, prior to Bogle?

We've had Hulse and Kilgallon from them and enjoyed beating them many many times in recent history. I'm 35 and apart from early memories of the champions league run had no heartache against them.

Bogle is a frustrating player, sometimes good going forward but not always. But his defending is like Bambi on Ice absolutely useless. Certainly no great loss.

Agree, but, I don’t mind now they’ve lost the plot and started buying our lesser players. Might be angry if they’d nicked Walker, YAGs, Maguire, Ndiaye, Hamer, ramsdale et al

I was told from a reliable source that the Salmon deal was done behind his back on a pre-season tour in Cyprus.
