Considering the football inflation in the last few decades, it’s incredible that we’ve only broken our record six times since Alex Sabella.
 
Autumn 1967 was a bad time! Looking at that list, quite a few of that list could be classed as flops for their new clubs; Sabella, Agana, Lee Morris were probably not regarded as shrewd business by Leeds, Notts County and Derby in retrospect.
