Guys, it's sorted. Gameplan for the remaining games of the season:

1. Nothing but flicked balls up in the air around the edge of the box
2. Lee Evans
3. Success

Must say he invited some problems in the 2nd half, needs to get his head up more and not always pass the way he's facing.

Apart from that, he got the goal of the season last night..

Really like Evans...looks to me to be the best signing of the season. He's not Coutts, but he's doing a good job in that role.

And his first goal tonight was an absolute worldie. What a strike that was. Possibly our goal of the season.
bill vs leeds.. good try though

Took his two goals crackiling well but is overall game was really poor. I thought he was really poor tonight. Lost count how many times he gave ball away and chequed back into trouble.
He’s got fantastic ability, could do with Couttsy returning ASAP, learning him to make correct decisions

If you lost count of the number of times he gave the ball away I suggest a return to primary education to learn some simple maths. It was about 5 times at the most.

all players lose the ball.. even Couttsy (oooh heresy)

Not having it... I even heard the song at one point last night.

Second half reminded me of Hull Away when we had no need to panic yet pretty much every player succumbed to treating the ball like a hot potato. Some of Bashams play in the second half nearly made me follow through a couple of times..

But we won, so fook it!

Sorry but Lundstram is nowhere near as good as Evans. I think Evans biggest problem with some people is that he isn't Paul Coutts.

I seem to recall that was also Lundstram's biggest problem for a while.

Lundstram and Evans are both in the same situation, they are both youngish players who are not the finished article yet by a long way and will be prone to mistakes along with whatever brilliance they might pull off. Coutts on the other hand is an experienced and rounded player who has acquired the knowledge over the years of how not to make as many mistakes and how not to fall into the same traps. He’s also Paul Coutts, come back soon Paul!

Just seen on Skt that Jack Grealish is getting all the media spotlight on the likes of Talksport and Sky. I've seen both goals and in my view its far harder to score a goal with the side of your foot which is very easy to go over the bar than it is with the top of your foot on a volley where you can get over the ball. Yes I'm biased but Evans goal in my view is even better than Michael Brown's goal v Wednesday. I would also add that Brown's goal was better than Grealish's goal too. Judge for yourselves. We've all seen Lee's goal, here's Grealish's effort.

Not even close. Struggling to think of a better Blades goal than Evans’ in recent years

I thought Evans had a good game and two of the best goals I have ever seen at BDTBL. My biggest frustration with Evans in the second half when we were defending a 2-1 lead, he twice tried to get his hat trick by attempting a long range effort which flew miles over the bar. Given the time, it surely would have been better to keep hold of the ball.

Difficult with 20,000 baying at the players to shoot at every opportunity.

Main thing he’s got to stop giving the ball away/dispossessed in critical positions
