Fair enough, only mentioned Rohl and O'Neil because we were meant to be looking at them over the summer.

Not sure if Robins would leave Stoke but Challinor is a good shout.

If I had to pick any manager out of the championship, Mousinho at Portsmouth would be my first shout, like the way he sets up his Portsmouth side and would be more than happy to give him a go with our squad.

Mousinho works with a Director of Football and has done since he started at Pompey. Majority of managers work with a DoF. We still think we know better than everyone else and haven't got a DoF.

Didn't have a DoF under Prince either and "Del Monte" Bettis publicly stated last year we weren’t having a DofF, so what is the "constant" in this situation yeah "Del Monte " who now has even more influence having been moved on to he board.

He should also get his P45 so she club can move forward.

If Selles goes, I'd like a replacement straight through the door.

International break now (a much needed one) so that should give them ample time to make a decision.

My gut says he will still be here for Ipswich and if it continues out for the October international break
