One i can always remember was Chris Morgan scoring a late, late goal in front of the kop on New Years Eve 2005, after the match was drifting towards a draw and our promotion push was beginning to falter a little bit.

Trianos Dellas thunderbolt against Portsmouth in the 98/99 season.

If the net hadn't stopped it I suspect it would have made a hole in the kop.

One of the most powerful strikes I've ever seen at the lane.
Didn't he get a hat trick for us to come from 2 down to best Tranmere away, the last one being last minute (ish) ? No wonder we couldn't keep him based on that performance alone

He also scored a last minute equalizer in front of the Kop against Ipswich in 2009 I think, 3-3 draw.

The late Bobby Campbell at the Kop End against some useless fuckers or other (cue Silent Blade). That one really was last minute.

That's the very one I "vaguely remembered" in #50. The Oldham keeper had a masters degree in time wasting and I've never felt so glad to see a keeper get done in the last minute.

Phillis Kirk away at Barnsley in t'cup. Or were't in t'league? Anyway 2-1. Ah were on t'side terrace theer.

Hendo at Bristol City.

I think Philliskirk also got a late goal in an away game at Plymouth. I think it was the last score to come up on the Grandstand teleprinter.

That one against Wigan in the 4th division always stands out for me. Matthews in midfield, sprayed the ball out to Morris, who scuttled down the right wing and with the perfect cross, Edwards converted, right in front of a jubilant Kop.

Yes. Steve Agnew scored from a free kick for Barnsley in the 1st half. In the second half Morris levelled the scoring with a penalty after Richard Cadette was tripped

Yes, the goal itself was very similar to Maradona/Shilton except Bobby actually headed the ball...

Although not at the lane, I seem to remember blades going mad at the Hawthorns where we bagged a last min winner. 2001 I think. .

A surging run by Pesch who hit the bar and Asaba scored the rebound with a diving header.

I was just coming to post this.

We were shit at the time and WBA were title contenders. My dad and I listened to it on the radio and were just about to turn it off when Peschisolido picked the ball up.

One of my favourite ever goals.

Peschisolido's equaliser in a 3-3 draw against Wolves in April 2003 felt like a winner.

I was there Nuddy. Just to be topical, we were down to ten men at the time! Silent, the oracle (our very own Jonny Vegas :)), will be along soon to remind me who got sent off...

PP picked it up on the half way line and just ran and ran, leaving defenders treading water behind him. He then chipped the keeper exquisitely from 20 yards, hitting the bar. Sarbs headed in the rebound from about a yard to wild celebrations.

Shane Nicholson.

;)

Sir Robert of Kozluk got a last minuter against Donny in Micky Adams first home league game in charge.

Don't know if it's had a mention, but Jags v Boro springs to mind...25/30 yarder in the last Prem season,Kop End.

Didn't Lee Morris get a last minute equalizer against Barnsley in front 't' Kop?

Edit - Nope, it was Bent. Lee Morris got a last minute equalizer against Palace.
