OK folks, here we go with the 1st comp of the 17/18 season. No new suggestions / issues raised so we'll go with the same rules as last season.
The entry fee is £10 with 30% of the pot going to Foxy and Linz to go towards Ruby's new away kit, sorry, the running of the site. The remaining 70% will go to the winner (you can, of course, donate more if you wish
)
The competiton will start on Friday 4th August so entries, plus payment, need to be in by Thursday 3rd August.
Please mail [email protected] and I'll send you the paypal link *. If you don't have paypal, please arrange to pay via another member if possible or bank transfer.
* If you have my paypal account details and pay direct, please make sure you select the 'friends and family' option. Every competition, someone doesn't, and paypal take their cut in charges !
Rules as per last season but as a reminder;
Each week you pick one team to win. If your team doesn’t win, you’re out. Last Man Standing, takes the pot.
E-mail your weekly entry to [email protected]. Entry must be received by the end of the Thursday before the weekend games.
Rules;
1. You only need to pay once, all entries are then free until the end of the competition.
2. You pick ONE team per week. Once a particular team is selected, you cannot select that same team for the remainder of the competition.
3. Selections can come from English Premiership, Championship, League 1, League 2 and FA Cup. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday games are eligible.
4. If your team’s game is postponed prior to cut-off on the Thursday, another selection should be made. If the game is called off after cut-off, you automatically proceed to the next round.
5. If every player left in any round loses, then all the players involved in that round remain in the competition.
6. Entries received after the Thursday cut-off will not be valid and you will be out of the competition.
7. Please add your forum name to ALL mails.
8. All e-mail entries will be saved until after the competition has ended.
9. The Organiser’s decision is final.
10. The weekly selections will be posted on the forum on the Friday before the weekend's games.
