what are the sizings like for the women's t shirts. Is small size 10 medium 12 etc....?
Or are they like the women's shirts in the United shop made for very skinny women?

No they've copied M&S. if you're really a size 16 you will get into a 14 or maybe even a 12 and feel good about it.
