Surely without enough money to pay debts, spending more money would be that financial mismanagement thingy some are telling us about?

Perhaps the money budgeted to pay Liverpool the next installment for Brewster ended up on paying off Jokanovic when he was sacked instead, leaving us short? The Prince needs to take some responsibility, in my opinion. His running of the club over the last 12 months has been very poor and that is putting aside his shambolic attempts to sell us.
I’m not criticising him for not having the money, but how can a club of our size not budget for a 12 month period without running out of cash half way through? I’m not an accountant but surely it is the very basics - i.e. work out what your incomings and outgoings are at the start of the season and then don’t over commit. Surely we knew what our revenue would be and what our expenditure would be? It’s not like the Brewster payment and other staged transfer payments came as a bolt from the blue. We didn’t have to spend £3-4m on a new centre half in the summer or £2m+ on new training pitches if we didn’t have the money. Don’t forget he also pissed a lot of money away last season on Slav’s redundancy through poor planning, or no planning at all according to our chairman. Ridiculous in our situation. The pitches are even more baffling when we can’t afford to switch the under soil heating on, which has rendered them unusable anyway.
Whether he stays or goes, it is likely the prince will leave under a bit of a cloud, which is a shame as he’s done a lot right.
nidaye would be better playing just in behind a lone striker but if we dont go up our boardroom will have caused itWhere do you want to magic the money from for January signings? If you wanted them we would have had to have sold N'Diaye and/or Berger? We kept them, right decision imo. N'Diaye needs to show more tho, he's gone off the boil.
We are financially handicapped principally due to that awful Brewster signing.

Don’t worry, if it was in the budget at the start of the season it’s fineSurely without enough money to pay debts, spending more money would be that financial mismanagement thingy some are telling us about?
We spent 120m and still 10 of our best XI would come from the promotion team. Even then it was debatable longer term whether Mousset and McBurnie would have scored more than Sharp if the latter had been afforded the same opportunities.Wilder said Summer 2020 was "the best ever transfer window". We were virtually relegated in January 2021 and it was understandable that the club didnt want to spend more millions
what im saying is with better housekeeping we wouldnt have had to sell nidaye or berge plus adding o brien and archer to the squad we would have been certs for automatic imo if that had happenedDo you then agree if we do go up the boardroom will have caused that too by not selling off our best players when we desperately need to money.
Someone in the board room is taking a massive risk by funding our promotion push but it’s never enough. We could have brought in 3 new players and if we’d have lost 2 the accusation would be why unsettle a settled squad.
Can remember 90% of our fans saying all we need to do was keep N’Dieye and Berge, then we have basically sealed promotion. Wouldn’t panic yet we’re still in a great position.
