There is the argument that he might not need the money? I’m sure he knows we can’t pay him mega bucks? I’m sure he also knows that in most cases they don’t command top dollar when coming to the twilight end of their career?

Walker will likely be leaving Man City this summer. Pep recently said that while Walker is still one of the fastest players at the club, he no longer fits into their system of play and he is looking for a replacement.

Pains me to say this, but a player of his calibre/level shouldn't even be thinking of playing for us. He should be and is fighting for every trophy going. I just take pride in that we helped develop him and in some way he's representing us as Blades. He gets in any team in the world at the minute (and I do mean every team). Top top player.
