i cant believe there wont be a younger coach coming in ive thought for a while now that knilly looked tired and a spent force i dont think this is as bad a decision as some on here are making it out to be i think we need younger and more progressive coaches at the club walker and sharp possibly coming back to the club could be a decent start

That may not be a bad call but whilst I love Monty to bits and he's clearly got a bit of something as a coach, it's all a bit same old same old.

I'm not against ex-players or Blades being here if they're the right person but common sense and sheer mathematics tells you we have to start looking away from this parochial small time outlook if we really want to move forward sustainably.

Hecky isn't a blade, and if you listen to some folk on here, Warnock wasn't either. I just find it really boring personally, where's the innovation? doing the same thing over and over again expecting the same results isn't really a great idea.

Walker is currently doing his badges at Burnley, I'm not sure if Billy is ? Not a bad idea getting Billy as assistant coach with CW and Kyle as player coach.
And no this isn't bladey bladeness it's the fact that we would move on to more " up to date " coaching methods, plus having someone who's been watching Pep for 10 years isn't a bad thing and it's guys who get the club .
