He's currently our best left back

And I have to add, I admit I was clueless at first as to why Clough signed him.
He's been class this season

He's impressed me more and more each time I've seen him this season.

Seems to have a very good attitude, is a hard worker but also has a fair bit of quality about him. He looks like he should be a steady full back but what's impressed me most is his attacking play and his dribbling. As others have pointed out it was his driving run straight after conceding that got us back in the game and that's not the first time he's made such runs. He's done it a few times now and is surprisingly good as at as he doesn't seem particularly quick. He has a good technique and keeps the ball under control well and close to his feet which makes it difficult to defenders to get it off him without committing a foul or a mistimed challenge.

I'm not so sure Harris will get back in ahead of him if Wallace carries on his steady progression game by game.

Very impressed with some of his runs with the ball. He doesn't look entirely comfortable to me at left back and I've been a bit worried whenever he's had to come in there. That said, he's so far done well when needed and has the technical ability to progress. The plus side is he only looks like improving.

I saw him in cm on loan at Alfreton and I saw nothing.

He's progressed hugely.

For such a young player, to make such a jump into a completely unfamiliar position so well is remarkable. I would suspect that he might have a bigger future in football than any of us suspect.
Yes,what I get from the article,he seems to have his feet on the ground, and prepared to work hard and I think I remember he impressed at Centre Back in the pre season aswell....now he's impressed at Left Back...he could end up being one of those utility players used in different positions...I would like Bob back at Left Back to be honest...I know he can be a bit unpredictable, but when he's at his best he's easily good enough in this league...some of those crosses from deep he did last season were class, and he's got a goal in him aswell, but I'm happy with Wallace there for now.

has kieran wallace got a future at the club. Hes not first choice at midfield. But im wondering if he can actually become a left back he looks very sure gets stuck in and I thought he made a huge difference when he came of bench against Rochdale
SHOUTING FROM THE BENCH

It's these Blades Madders, coming over here, posting all our threads.

i.e. THE ENEMY WITHIN!

Ah, that's all in the past though. We're all of us, S2ers & Bladesmadders, taking Uncle Jezzer Corbs's wise words to heart nowadays & doing the "kinder, gentler postings" that he called for, ain't we? ;):D
