Great signing for a championship side as he can play in numerous positions but will probably always be the utility man.

I don’t think he did OK for us? Not good enough.

Players like Dowell and Cranie stepped up when we needed them and helped us over the line. Not good enough for the Premier League but I think they were of the required quality to play in the Championship.

Dowell did some very useful things for us, picking up the system quicker than most, after being thrown straight into the team. He's a real talent and I predict he'll excel at Norwich. He may even get himself a big money move in 2 or 3 years.

Really like the lad and I'm very grateful for his contribution in us getting promoted.

Most definitely, his goal at wba alone was worth its weight in loan gold. As for cranie he was superb just not up to PL standard. Always be thankful to them both and wish them success.

Exactly - both were integral to that WBA victory and that’s the game when I started to believe we could do it.
