McBurnie had already gone and Moore would have gone regardless. I'm sure if Wilder had not been sacked he'd have found some other useless lanky twat to use as a target man. I don't think Kevin Francis is currently employed. Was a very useful player to have in the squad.
Players that bring his qualities are few and far between.
A novice like Sellés didn’t understand that.
We would never have ended up without Moore or McBurnie after the summer if Wilder had remained.
Amazing how so many want the carthorse back after one good game more than he showed for us in half a season
Apart from yours, obviouslyCan't see a single comment from this evening where anyone says they want him back...
Apart from yours, obviously
I'm sorry if I'm interpreting you saying letting Moore go being a mistake was an implication that you would prefer he was still at the club. Very easy mistake to make on my part. Heck, he might have made Bamford surplus to requirements, we leave him as a free agent and lose 5-1 instead!Even if it said that (which it didn't), that'd be a grand total of one.

I wouldn't disagree with any of that.No danger, pal! I don't think we should have let him go but football moves forwards and this club is often guilty of looking to the past for answers, so I wouldn't want him back.
He scored two very good goals for us against Preston awayInteresting reaction from him after the second. Clearly he got over the play off final a bit quicker than we did.
He never played that well for us, nowhere near it.
And two very good goals for us away at Cardiff... But most of are fans are thick as shit and do not understand footballHe scored two very good goals for us against Preston away
Or a manager that plays to his strengths and not one that just launches it up to him and expects him to win his own flick ons.Looks like he has found a football brain from somewhere.
He's good at what he's good at. Put the ball on his head around the penalty spot and he'll score. We never did that.Or a manager that plays to his strengths and not one that just launches it up to him and expects him to win his own flick ons.
I think Wrexham are on a bit if a crest of a wave and playing us in boxing day is a big game for them. It's a big game for us too, but I think the occasion inspired Wrexham more than it did us. Parkinson would no doubt be banging the revenge drum during team talks etc. Wilder wasn't in charge when we played them in cup games and this was their opportunity for revenge tonight as equals. It was inevitable that Moore would play well but he doesn't play that well every week as we know from last season.Moore is at a club where the fans are right behind him, a club with more atmosphere in a three sided stadium than we have and a manager who believes in him and who plays to his strengths.
Good luck to him.
Fuck him, he never ever put that much effort in a blades shirt, but now he’s playing for his precious welsh club he goes off like that. If I was him, after the season he had for us last season, I’d be embarrassed to show my face and keeping my head down.Thought Moore was a donkey for us but I don't think Wilder ever got the best out of him or although he looked better when we went two up top.
That said I knew when he went to Wrexham under Parkinson he'd do well, they play to his strengths. He looked great tonight but we couldn't get that out of him. Good luck to him.
He did put that effort in not often but when he did he was a beastFuck him, he never ever put that much effort in a blades shirt, but now he’s playing for his precious welsh club he goes off like that. Thanks. I may be thick as shit, but I didn’t say he never scored two goals for us. I said he never played that well. Which he didn’t, as he was a cart horse for us. How’s that for understanding football? And two very good goals for us away at Cardiff... But most of are fans are thick as shit and do not understand football
Not Moores fault that Tanga shrinks to 5'6" when next to himBest performance I’ve seen from him since the one he gave for Sunderland in May. Honestly never knew he could move that quick. Sincerely hope he gets what’s coming to him at bramall lane.
