I have a dilemma, having now lived in Manchester for the last 12 years my lad is a mad citeh fan. I have tried to nurture him to be a blade from birth and it was going well until he started school this year and started mixing with the Manc kids. My be my last try to take him to Wembley and sit with the blades to convert him, he will probably insist on wearing that fucking Haaland shirt though.

I loved Man Utd as a kid. My step dad took me to Blades v Man U stood on kop circa 91 or 92.

And shoved them and carried on n'all. The equaliser was all well and good but that was fucking hilarious . He can only have been 13 or 14 (years old and stone) and a middle aged steward with anger issues absolutely cleaned him out- even a red in rugby league that one, head shot

Keep persevering with him mate, a lot of kids go through the stage of wanting to support a big epl team, keep at it with him and it will be up and down over next two or three years but he’ll be a blade once he comes through that stage if you keep persevering.

We were on john Street when Doyle scored winner 1 of my twins ran straight down stairs onto side of pitch all way up to Blackburn fans giving it big licks to em,in corner of john street and away end on side of pitch,he's only 13yr old when he got back he said dad...I just got lost in the moment..
