win our game in hand , can go 6 points above 7th with 8 to go
same as last season will do ,,3-0 but without the injuries this time that took out 2 players

I'm hoping Davies can get a couple of goals, hitting form at this point of the season going into the play-offs would be great.

yes , saw sam allardyce after scraping a 1-0 v sunderland say a great 1 niller, gives a team confidence , , we desperately needed a clean sheet , no doubt having Basham back was key .Win again and it starts the momentum going -

I wish things could have worked out with Andy butler he seemed like a right warrior at Walsall. If he could have established himself alongside a cb partner maybe we would be higher up the table.

That will go down as the one that got away!

not only does it open a gap but means 2 away points and 2 wins if we win so momentum of 4 unbeaten, , the start of the run we need
another clean sheet would be nice , but more concerned we get 2 or more goals to build on
Give you that yeah. Let's hope after the impressive 'drum roll' provided here that they deliver tomorrow night.

Momentum in terms of results maybe but the performances and confidence need to be much better. We got the win on Saturday to take the pressure off a bit but we need to show something in the next 2 to really get the feelgood factor in the team and fans.

chicken and egg scenario , get a few wins , clean sheets , stay unbeaten and then the football gets better as the confidence rises.
I will gladly accept lightly buttered bread now if we get jam in May

True but the worrying thing is how quickly the confidence dropped in the first place.

well theres plenty waiting in the terraces to help rub it in , I dont think some fans realise players pick up on social media what we say , they will get down fast with the help some of our fans provide in being negative , its an art form here
Heard some argue players dont read these but oh yes they do
whats said by us on forums and twitter does matter , big time

So pleased that we are playing Scunny now rather than the original fixture when they were on a roll. They are on a bad run now. The draw against us was one of their better results.

Winning is the key, we should not be hoping that teams around us drop points, our destiny is in our hands, the playoffs await the mighty blades.
