Not sure why you'd post that? Yesterday was about the trophy and this season's team and the last thing you'd expect your owners to do ,would be to speak about new players, to replace the ones who won you the title.

I'm sure McCabe won't have forgotten his emotional outburst at the Palace game in 2006. He said something about being 'back there and making sure we'd stay up a while...'. Given how well that worked out, I can't see any rash promises for next season.

It's been obvious since day one that the Prince is a man of few words, often leaving McCabe to speak on both of their behalves when interviewed.

On this occasion, I think it was right to allow the team and staff to soak up the celebrations. After all, yesterday was all about the playing and support staff rather than the owners
