I get your overall sentiment as I don't particularly like Ramsdale. I always rated Henderson higher

Anyway, I suppose him moving clubs regularly could be something to do with him just wanting to play football.
It's hard for a reserve GK. Just 1 position to fight for and GKs rarely get injured
