The Keef of old I believe would be though.

But as it stands, I think he is more grateful to be in the prem with a team who took a chance on him. I wouldn't begrudge him a new contract at all, because he is putting some great performances, and not afraid to put a challenge in when needed.

I think that a typically lazy jounalist heard Warnocks quote regarding keefs contract and decided that he could fill a few lines by manipulating the situation.
