Kean Bryan to WBA

Had some wages out of us for not much game time, looked well out of his depth in early cup games and other rare appearances. Could never say he looked solid even after a run in the team last season. He did put a few decent crosses in though. Not much for 3 years

How and why do these players still get decent teams/contracts?? He's awful

Good luck to the lad. He was unlucky with injuries through his time here and never really got a run of games. Came into a side that was devoid of confidence and was expected to fill the shoes of arguably our best defender in JOC. Some of his performances were terrible (as were most of the team at the time) but he did try. He will continue to be a back up player wherever he goes.

not so kean on the contract I suppose, doubt we will remember the name in a few years time decent sometimes but definitely not a reliable player

I bear him no malice but I was chuffed to bits when he didn't sign the new contract on offer. He can be their liability now and take a wage from them for not a great deal in exchange. In fact I hope he's playing for them in the reverse game at the Lane when we get our revenge and he has a brain fart or two which is what he regularly does.

Thought he struggled positionally and often seemed to get dragged forward with teams easily finding space in behind down his side.

No idea how much of this was down to having a wing back next to him in poor form and Fleck in front also playing badly, but I don’t think he’s any better or worse than Jack Robinson so it made sense to lose the one from the wage bill who was out of contract with Davies on the way in.

His left foot crosses into the box were often very good. I could imagine WBAs direct style would suit him. They’d need to teach him how to defend though

Would love a view from wba fans today and then one after he’s played 3 games & tackled himself a few times 🤣 in all seriousness good luck to him. By the time that contract runs out he’ll be nearly 27 and never played below championship level despite being league 1/league 2 standard. Fair play
Why not ?
They've done one on us !!
:p

He's a very fortunate player, he was simply none existent for most part of his time here.
He won't have got any first team chances if O'Connell and other players in front of him didn't get injured.
But he was able to get a decent number of games under his belt at premier league level and that alone would have helped him bag whatever contract he is on now.
He's going into his prime now, this is where imo he should be playing first team football consistently, but I think that is unlikely at WBA and even us tbf.
Good luck to him, but he will do well to break into the team.
