Nobody who says wilder out state who comes in. Who is available and who will come ? Anotther cluster fuck waiting to happen..

It’s April, no one will know who is available or will be come summer

Yes they got it wrong with selles, doesn’t automatically mean they will again

People are intentionally bypassing that this isn’t just about United, Wilder hasn’t got a team up since us and he has had several shots elsewhere, reasonable chance that if Selles wasn’t sacked he would be out of work

How about the Lincoln manager? He's done a good job, likely to get 100 points. He might be tempted away to come to us.

I'm putting off renewing our season tickets. Not sure if I want to waste hundreds of pounds watching Wilder's boring football for yet another season, with players who can only play for 60 minutes.
What would make you renew?
Because be very surprising if they got rid of Wilder.

Its gonna be an interesting this summer. Be interesting to see how the squad shapes up.

Chris Wilder will be very busy with transferring players in or out this summer if he gets the players He wants.
I hope we have a good start to next season. A bad start the American owners will have a problem.

We probably will renew. I think we'll start with Wilder but if he keeps on as has been this season we'll be mid table and he'll be sacked by Christmas. The owners need to be sensible when Wilder does go and appoint a manager with a proven track record. That's what they got wrong last time and why are stuck with Wilder for now.

Interesting in a very predictable kinda way🤔.
He's a one trick pony that lost his element of surprise once prem managers sussed our system.
He doesn't evolve when the game has and his philosophies are Sunday league.
I think our loyal fans deserve better than to be gaslit by his ilk.
Even Parkinson out-thought him this season🙄.
Nothing new is happening next season whilever we hang on to what once worked.
As much as we all hanker for those days of glory, forget it.
And until we reshape the whole set up with brighter minds, chuff all is going to bring the joy we seek on matchday.
Thankfully this is a forum for opinions, otherwise we might all be feytin ont terraces😁

I get why everyone is so frustrated as in many a year we aren’t playing for anything, Wilder is not long term in my opinion I’m also not a big fan but we need to see what he does in the summer transfer window and again in my opinion he needs to show the fans some faith so we can get behind the club by getting some early signings in and not leaving until the last minute like previous seasons and get us all buzzing as we are as flat as pancake.

Not really the same though is it?. Hull had the full summer to reshape the squad after getting rid of Selles and the manager had a full pre season.

Wilder came in to a squad full of awful Selles signings and confidence totally on the floor, that clearly wasn’t going to turn around overnight.

I think he deserves the summer to have the clear out he and everyone knows it needs
Starting 11 only had two summer signings in it and they were arguably our best players (Tanganga & McGuinness).

The sub that came on and scored the winning goal was also a summer signing.

The summer window is nothing more than a scapegoat for wilder whose had more than long enough to get a tune out of these players. That first half yesterday (just like vs Bristol) was as bad as anything I’ve seen since 23/24 but we’ll swiftly move on cause we fluked a win with a soft pen and an even softer red.

I'd have McBurnie back in a heartbeat
Other than a shot which any half decent keeper keeps out what did he actually do? Ran around a bit, kept quiet by McGuinness, picked up his token yellow for dissent and clapped the Kop when he went off.

Pretty much a standard McBumhole performance.

I think a lot of people are downplaying how big of a job it was to get us out of the relegation scrap this year.

It was not a hard job at all. Look at who we actually played. If you look at those fixtures right now, expectation would have been somewhere between 2-4 points. Getting zero from those is just a small amount under what we ought to have done, and to be brutally honest we lost more points by losing at home to Charlton in the next game than we ought to have done than the entire Selles era.

As I have said before every opposition teams supporters rate CW

I can also remember where we were before CWAK

and what happened when we gave them the elbow

be careful what you wish for

So what you are saying is the summer transfer business we did was good then? 😂😂

Selles is history now, Wilder has had 37 matches and a January window. It’s ridiculous that he’s still being used as an excuse for Wilder.
Yesterday’s result doesn’t vindicate Wilder for his failings

I mean like you say everyone can have their opinion.

He's not Sunday league though seen that happen at this level.
Not sure if your being serious but you don't do what he did in his first stint as a one trick, Sunday league pony.

I'm not saying I am overly confident of a great session next season. But I've said it before. Some stability is good and I reckon Wilder is a good punt to be in charge of what will be a big turnaround in personell. In fact he's usually done well when being in charge over a summer.

Wilder is not going anywhere for a year at least, people just need to get over it and accept it, focus on discussing what we need to do in the summer to improve us.
